Any one can fix-up the meeting with Mr. Manish to discuss the layout plan, map, rough draft or to discuss other vastu related queries about vastu for plot, flat, Kothi, farm house, shop, factory, office or other residential and commercial sites. Such meeting may be held at our office, at your place or at your architect’s/ consultant/ relative/ friend’s place or at office whichever is nearer and convenient to both of us. Each such meeting shall be a paid assignment and the charges (fee) shall depend on the estimated time duration which shall depend on the following factors:

• Location of meeting point,
• Nature of the site i.e. is it a small house, flat, big house, Kothi, farm house, small workshop, factory, office, shopping mall, showroom, banquet hall etc. etc…..
• Size of the entire premises’ or total plot area (measured inside all the boundary walls)
• Size of the built-up area (covered area)
• Number of sittings/ meetings projected/ estimated
• Estimated time frame (duration) of period for telephonic/ email services as back-up/ follow-ups if needed and clarified well in advance
